Standard state-issued plates (unmarked)
Some distinctive features to look out for are: long antenna, grates or partitions, dark tinted windows.
Vehicles used by Law Enforcement frequently have sequential plates. This includes, but is not limited to, ICE.
Vehicles might switch to different plates.
Vehicles might share a set of front and back plates.
Vehicles might add tinted license plate covers.
Note that vehicles come in various makes and models, but Ford Explorers, Ford Expeditions, Chevrolet Tahoes, Dodge Durangos, Dodge Chargers, and Jeep Grand Cherokees are commonly used.

Vans are used to transfer detainees from abduction sites to Burlington ICE facility, to other ICE facilities in New England, transfer ICE agents, or other uses.
